Promote safe working practices through field monitoring, hazard reporting and active engagement with frontline teams. You will work with cross-functional teams to identify risks, coordinate practical solutions and support consistent delivery across project sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily activities for compliance with safety procedures.
- Conduct toolbox talks and site safety observations.
- Identify hazards and recommend immediate controls.
- Support permit-to-work and emergency readiness checks.
- Report incidents, near misses and corrective actions.
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or degree in Safety or a related discipline.
- 3 years of industrial or construction experience.
- Knowledge of PPE, permits and site safety controls.
- Good interpersonal and reporting skills.
